Welcome to Glancer. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Glancer web application and mobile application (available on the Apple App Store) operated by Akhil Sariikonda ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Glancer is a web and mobile application that allows users to upload, store, and manage documents and files. The service is currently provided free of charge to all users. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, and if we do, we will provide advance notice to all users.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
To use Glancer, you must create an account by signing in through Google Auth or Apple Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your authentication credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses
You are solely responsible for your use of the service and any content you upload or create. You agree not to use the service to:
• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
5. Intellectual Property
The Glancer service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Akhil Sariikonda and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Glancer. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the account settings in the web application. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our service or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glancer and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, although we strive to provide a reliable and secure service.
10. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to some or all of the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

14. Severability
